Boriki Complex

“Boriki” Complex is located in the beautiful Rhodope mountain area in the locality of Kochorite near the village of Stoykite, in the Smolyan region of 1440 m altitude. It is built of stone and wood in the typical Rhodope architectural style.
In our neat houses are situated 7 two-bedroom duplex apartments, 1 apartment with one bedroom, 1 duplex apartment with three bedrooms, 4 studios and 1 VIP apartment furnished with the idea of home comfort on the mountain. The beautiful view, which reveals from the Complex to the sink in pine and spruce forests Rhodope hills, supplements the feeling of comfort and coziness. Our guests can cook on their own something to eat in the kitchen nook in the apartments and studios or benefit from the services of our restaurant by visiting it or by using the room service to taste traditional Bulgarian and local dishes.

“Boriki” Complex is located 1300 m from the lift station Ardashla, Pamporovo near to the village “Malina” in the direction of Devin and 3000 meters from Stoykite village in the region of Smolyan towards resort Pamporovo. In Stoykite is built a new lift station associated with slopes and facilities of Mount Snejanka.
The distance from Sofia to “Boriki” Complex through Plovdiv is about 230 km. and through Pazardzhik and Devin is 225 km. The distance from Plovdiv is 81 km., from Burgas – 305 km.
