Sunny Residence

On 1 July 2015 in Sunny Beach has been opened the newest and most attractive studio complex “Sunny Residence”.

The complex is 250 meters from the beach and 1 km walking distance from the famed Cacao Beach and the charming town of Nessebar. At a distance of only 5 minutes by car (2.9 km) lies the largest water park on the Black Sea – “Aqua Paradise”.

“Sunny Residence” complex is suitable for accommodating families with children or groups of friends, and offers studios and apartments* with equipped kitchens and dining areas. Also available are a dining hall**, outdoor swimming pool with children’s section, playground, free public laundry and dryer.

There are numerous grocery stores, a pharmacy, a medical center and restaurants nearby.
